These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Abang918 online gaming platform, accessible at abang918.cam and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). • Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be used by the registered Account holder. Sharing login credentials with another person, or using an Account on behalf of a third party, is strictly forbidden.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are legally incapacitated are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
• Self-Excluded Players: Any individual who has previously requested self-exclusion from abang918 or any affiliated platform must not attempt to register a new Account during their exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of Platform services, Users must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Verification

Abang918 operates under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. The KYC process typically requires submission of the following:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (IC), Passport, or Driver's Licence — clear front and back photographs.
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the previous three (3) months.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of the User holding their government-issued ID next to their face, taken in good lighting with both face and ID clearly visible.

Abang918 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where this is deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Accounts with outstanding KYC documents may have withdrawal requests held pending verification completion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Abang918 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Abang918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, and Public Bank. 5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to the User's account promptly upon clearance by the relevant payment provider. Abang918 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Abang918 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that appears suspicious or inconsistent with your normal usage pattern.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Abang918 reserves the right to request additional payment verification documentation.
• Processing times are typically 15–30 minutes for bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, and Public Bank during standard operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• Abang918 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds.

All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each promotion, as published on the Platform at the time of the offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is typically MYR 25–MYR 50. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated, only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. Bonuses may not be combined unless the specific promotion explicitly permits combination.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abang918. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or attempting to circumvent a suspension by creating a new Account under a different identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or assist in money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place bets without genuine human engagement.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Depositing funds from a payment source not registered in your own name, or using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment credentials.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward Platform staff or other players.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gambling restriction that has been applied to your Account.

Abang918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon Account closure arising from breach of these Terms, Abang918 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals and to forfeit all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings from the Account. Real Money Balances may be returned at abang918's discretion following an investigation, subject to any legal holds or regulatory requirements.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abang918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, gambling losses, or losses arising from third-party payment processing delays.

Abang918 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which may result in temporary Platform downtime. Abang918 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by abang918 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. Abang918 makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of any specific country or territory, and expressly excludes all liability for any use of the Platform that is illegal in the User's jurisdiction.
